Event Summary
As Product Managers, you’re trusted to make crucial decisions every day that shape products, teams, and outcomes.
So why do the highest stakes moments – roadmap reviews, executive briefings, stakeholder pushback – often trigger hesitation, overthinking, or the urge to overexplain?
In these visible, high-impact environments, there’s no time to second guess yourself. And yet even top-performing Product Managers can feel the internal drag: “Is this the right call?” “Am I missing something?” “How will this land?”
This fast-paced, interactive session tackles what’s really happening in those moments.
You’ll learn to recognize the hidden thinking patterns that slow you down – and replace them with practical, repeatable strategies that help you think faster, communicate clearly, and lead with authority when it counts.
You’ll boost your ability to:
- Have real, practical conversations with peers about what actually works in practice.
- Recognize and neutralize the specific triggers that throw you off your game.
- Ground your decisions in evidence – your track record, your judgment, and the data in front of you.
- Replace unproductive mental loops with clear, objective, structured thinking – even when the path forward isn’t always obvious.
