This inaugural PM Sandbox session, hosted at Productboard’s San Francisco HQ, dives into live product management workflows including a hands-on AI experience using Productboard’s Spark. We will explore how to transition from “gut feel” to evidence-based strategy using AI. We know the pain of watching quick, superficial AI tool demos that only produce “slop” without showing real, high-quality output. That is why this event is entirely hands-on.
Attendees will be given access to Productboard’s Spark to follow along and use throughout the session for the hands-on lab exercises that will anchor your new skills with hands-on experience.
Beyond just learning the concepts, you will actively apply these AI workflows and, with the experts in the room, it is a unique opportunity to ask technical questions, dig into the mechanics of the tool, and discuss how these capabilities translate to your day-to-day PM work. The session will cover two core skills: AI-Enabled Competitive Intelligence Workflows, and Scaling High-Quality Product Briefs (including what goes into a brief, what you use it for, and why you need it).
