Jasmine de Gaia, Head of Customer Data Strategy, Wells Fargo

Jasmine de Gaia is a strategic transformation and innovation executive with over 20 years of experience building and leading high impact business, technology, and agile organizations.  She is passionate about leveraging the power of technology and data to drive innovation, lead change, and transform the customer experience.

Currently, Ms. de Gaia is the Head of Customer Data Strategy for Wells Fargo. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she was Executive Director of Transformation at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where she led a global organization of senior business, product, and technology professionals to implement an innovative vision to transform the Chase customer experience. Prior to joining Chase, she led digital transformation and products from Fortune 500 companies to Silicon Valley tech startups.  Her digital technology leadership has been called “world class”, she has won industry awards including “Product of the Year”, and currently has a U.S. Patent pending.  She is a thought leader and frequent speaker.

This is also a homecoming for Jasmine as she previously served as President and on the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Product Management Association.  She currently serves on the Board of The PAST Foundation, a global organization dedicated to furthering STEM education. She is also currently a Board Member for the Center for Innovation Strategies at The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. Ms. de Gaia holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
